Judith Bower
I have been administrator of Radlett United Synagogue since 1998. Prior to joining RUS I was in the equity research team of Lehman Brothers, and before that part of the European development capital team with a small private bank called Granville. I am married to Jerry, and have two boys, Michael and Daniel. We live in Stanmore and are very involved in shul life there.

Ros Hart
I joined RUS in April 2010 having worked previously within the local community, most recently at HJPS, undertaking the admin and support role for the Senior Management Team. I have also worked for the Conservative Friends of Israel, and have experience in sales, marketing and PR. I am a CST card holder, and am on the security leadership team at my shul, Radlett & Bushey Reform.
I live in Bricket Wood with my long-suffering husband, Malcolm, and my two gorgeous children - Benjamin age 13 and Lia age 10.

Angela Primhak
I live in Bushey and am a member of Bushey Synagogue but for 28 years our home was Woodside Park where our three daughters grew up. They married and moved to Bushey and Radlett so, after 28 years, we moved to be nearer to them and our seven wonderful grandchildren. At Woodside Park Shul I was a Ladies' Guild chairlady and, on a professional basis, the synagogue administrator for five years before moving on to Kenton Synagogue where I was administrator for 14 years. I have now been at Radlett for four years.

Luis Fidalgo
I have lived in Radlett since 2005 and started at RUS in 2006. My family is originally from Portugal, although I was born in Angola and moved to Santarem, Portugal when I was 13. I have been married to Tina for 31 years and have three wonderful children: Patricia, an English teacher, Joana, currently studying in Glasgow and Luis, still at school. Jose, my grandson, was born in 2007.
