Have you checked your spam or junk mail folder?  Your email program may think that emails from mail addresses ending in radlettus.org are all spam. 

To add emails from radlettus.org to your safe senders list, please refer to the following guide.  If you mail program is not listed here, please contact us

Outlook 2003

On the Tools menu, click Options.
On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
Click the Safe Senders.
Click Add.
In the 'Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain name to be added to the list' box, enter @radlettus.org , and then click OK.
Select OK button for the "junk e-mail options" menu
Select "OK" button for the "options" menu

Hotmail

If our email is in your Junk E-Mail Folder, open the email and click the Not Junk button.

To ensure our mails are not treated as junk in future, add @radlettus.org into your Safe List as outlined below:

Click the Options link.
Select the More Options... link
Under Junk e-mail heading select 'Safe and blocked senders'
Click on 'Safe senders' options
In the'Sender or domain to mark as safe:' box enter @radlettus.org 
Click 'Add to List >>' button
To go back to your inbox select 'Hotmail' button in blue bar above 

Outlook Express

Open the email.
Left-click the sender icon, or right click the sender’s name.
Click Add to contacts.
Click Save and close.

Norton AntiSpam

Start up Norton AntiSpam
Click the Status & Settings tab
Click AntiSpam
Click Configure
Click Allowed List tab
Click Add button
In the 'Email Address' box, enter: @radlettus.org
Click OK
Click OK

GMail/Googlemail

How to check if our email is in the "spam" folder:

Click Spam along the left side of any Gmail page.  
Check mark the box next to our newsletter.  
Click Not Spam button along the top.

Please add our From address, @radlettus.org to your Gmail Contacts List:

Click Contacts along the left side of any Gmail page.  
Click Add Contact.  
Copy and paste our From address, @radlettus.org into the primary email address dialog box.  
Click Save.

Yahoo

If our email is stuck in your Yahoo Bulk Folder, please open the email and click the Not Spam button. Next, check to see if the email address is in your "Blocked Addresses" list. If you see @radlettus.org on this list, select it and click the Remove Block button. Lastly, please set up a filter as outlined below.

You will need to set up a filter to redirect our newsletter into your inbox:

Open your mailbox and click on Mail Options (upper right hand corner).  
Select Filters (bottom left corner).  
Click the Add link on the Filters page.  
Update the "From header:" rule with the following 2 pieces of information: "contains" and @radlettus.org (This tells Yahoo to identify our newsletter based on its From address.  
Click the Choose Folder pull down menu and select Inbox.  
Pick the Add Filter button.
